LAUREL, Md. — To keep up with the changing business climate, as well as customer and employee demands, dry cleaners need to continue to learn and grow as leaders. In an effort to assist them in these efforts, the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) is continuing to offer educational webinars to its members.
In addition to these webinars, DLI also hosts weekly peer-to-peer Zoom meetings to allow members to ask questions, share their experiences and speak with people who are facing the same challenges they are.
“DLI believes in the value of peer-to-peer learning,” says DLI CEO Mary Scalco. “Our weekly meetings are where DLI member cleaners share ideas and find ways to improve their businesses. Participants tell me they find these meetings very valuable, since both large and small operators share their experiences and learn from each other.”
