LAUREL, Md. — Dry cleaners who want to connect with their customers online need to make use of all the tools available to them, and this includes hashtags for #success.
The live webinar program offered by the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) for February will be “Using Hashtags for Maximum Impact.” The webinar, conducted by Rechelle Balanzat, of Juliette in New York City, will delve into the uses of this social media tool to elevate your messages and connect with your target audience more effectively.
The one-hour webinar, free to DLI members, will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 22, and will start at 1 p.m. EST.
Peer-to-Peer Opportunities
In addition to providing regular virtual learning opportunities, DLI will continue to host weekly Peer-to-Peer Member Zoom meetings every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. Eastern in January to bring members together.
“DLI believes in the value of peer-to-peer learning,” Scalco said. “Our weekly meetings are where DLI member cleaners share ideas and find ways to improve their businesses. Participants tell me they find these meetings very valuable, since both large and small operators share their experiences and learn from each other,” she said.
