FLORENCE, Ky. — Fabritec International, maker of Sanitone, Fabritec and Stamford products, has announced the addition of Paul Mastrola to the Sales and Technical team as northeast regional director of sales. Mastrola joins the team as a 15-year veteran of the industry as a drycleaning owner/operator.
“Paul’s experience as a plant owner and operator gives him a unique view of the supplier relationship that we feel will resonate well with our customers, present and future. We are very excited about this addition to our team,” says Vice President Jeff Jordan.
Mastrola began his career in the industry with his wife, Anna, by buying laundromats and offering wash and fold services. As they grew, they recognized an underserved market at local businesses for pickup and delivery services for drycleaning items. They partnered with a local cleaner to clean the garments and later bought their own dry cleaner to fulfill the work.
In his new role, Paul will serve as the direct technical representative for customers and be responsible for sales growth in the region.
“I am very passionate about the industry and love talking shop with other cleaners. It only seems natural that I join a company with such a strong name and history,” Mastrola says.
