DALLAS — Magnoli Technologies has recently launched Magnoli, a cloud-native business management software suite for drycleaning and laundry operators. The software includes point-of-sale, route and plant management, inventory tracking, labor scheduling, analytics, wholesale account tools and an AI-powered operations assistant. The company demonstrated the product at Drycleaning & Laundry Expo West in Dallas.
Magnoli Technologies was founded by Justin Koh, executive chairman of Timeless Cleaners Inc. (parent company of Al Phillips Cleaners in Las Vegas) and Magnoli's CEO, along with Michael Popchuk, the company's CTO and founder of several B2B software products. Koh says the software draws on his own experience running a drycleaning business.
"We built the software that I personally wanted to use based on the real pain points faced by dry cleaners," Koh says. "That's why Magnoli offers clear analytics to understand employee and sales performance, detailed scheduling and labor control, precise plant operations and hanging inventory management, logistics and route optimization, an integrated AI operations assistant powered by natural language processing and a whole lot more."
Magnoli also integrates with Metalprogetti's dispatch and store automation kiosk systems and includes wholesale tools for cleaners with B2B accounts. The company says the platform is built to scale from small owner-operators to larger, enterprise-level customers.
Popchuk says the product is on a rolling-release model based on feedback from beta customers. The company plans to begin formally enrolling customers across the U.S. later this year.
