At Saturday’s business session, TCATA notes, Ralph Nappi, an association executive for 35 years, will present Tools and Techniques for Creating Your Organization's Strategic Plan. Created with and for key stakeholders, an effective strategic plan provides the engagement and buy-in that is necessary for success, it relates.

Gene Williams of American Laundry Products, golf chair, invites all members to participate in this year’s golf tournament on Thursday, April 30.
Not a golfer? Stephanie Magnus, M & B Hangers, invites attendees who are not golfing to participate in this year’s Alternate Program on Thursday, April 30. “Participants will work with a chef to create chocolate barks and brittles.
