Tabled! Compassmax Developer Meets with Drycleaning Customers

Next up: Midwest User Group to meet in Mackinac City, Mich., July 22

PORTLAND, Maine — Maineline Computer Systems, which designs, sells, installs and supports its Compassmax drycleaning software, recently held an advisory group meeting here in an effort to solicit feedback from end-users.

“We listen and will continue to reach out to our customers to ensure we are meeting their needs. It is a partnership that we appreciate and will continue to promote,” says Joe McCammon, company president.

Maineline reported it was a productive, collaborative meeting, “as we exchanged ideas and received input from our customers, with recommendations that can be implemented to improve and advance our product in a forward direction.”

“Compassmax is truly the backbone of our business, and I’ve never been more confident in the direction,” says Jordan Wood, of Davis Imperial Cleaners.

There will be a MidWest User Group Meeting for Compassmax users on July 22 in Mackinac City, Mich. For more information, contact Lauren Ferrante at 800-354-2525, ext. 101, or e-mail Jan Barlow at jan@janscleaners.com.
