FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Kaeser Compressors, a maker of industrial air compressors, has broken ground on a new building expansion to its headquarters here.
Representatives from building contractor Emerald Construction, architect McKinney & Co., the Office of Economic Development and Tourism for Spotsylvania County, former Company President Reiner Mueller, and Kaeser employees attended the recent event.
“As Kaeser grows, our commitment to providing superior customer service and delivering exceptional products will not change,” says company President Frank Mueller. “Neither will our ties to the Spotsylvania community. These are all facets of what has helped make Kaeser successful.
“The additional square footage we are adding will give us more opportunities to continue being who we are.”
The expansion will add approximately 50,000 square feet, accommodate more inventory, and facilitate improvements to the company’s growing packaging and shipping operations.
No timeline for the expansion’s completion was provided.
