BERKLEY, Mich. — The Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) has appointed Matthew Weaver vice president of sales, the company reports.
Weaver brings with him 20 years of experience in the insurance industry to his new position at CRDN, most recently working with Allied Insurance, a subsidiary of Nationwide Insurance, in Atlanta, according to the company. As sales director for four states, he was responsible for top- and bottom-line results for his $130 million territory.
Weaver’s previous experience includes seven years with Nationwide Insurance, where he served as associate vice president for its On Your Side Centers in Columbus, Ohio, managing a team of 50 field management and sales representatives. He administered a four-state sales operation while in Nationwide’s Nashville, Tenn., office, and also managed 47 independent agencies as a district sales manager in Toledo, Ohio.
In addition to his tenure at Nationwide, Weaver worked for Farmers Insurance in Portland, Ore., and Seattle, advancing from senior claims adjuster to direct repair manager to senior marketing specialist over the course of six years.
