FAIRFIELD, N.J. — The Textile Care Allied Trades Association’s Annual Management and Educational Conference will feature three speakers covering a wide array of topics to help members with their businesses.
Scheduled to appear during the April 18-21 event at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, Va., are:
- Dean Minuto, of Sales Brain, who will explain how to use neuromarketing to increase sales and improve the performance of employees. Neuromarketing is the application of the latest findings in neuroscience, brain research and MRI studies to the marketing and sales process.
- Sheila Kloefkorn, of KEO Marketing, who will teach attendees how to leverage social media and online marketing to promote their businesses and make 2012 their most profitable year yet.
- Hunter Lott, who, in The Human Resources Roundtable 2012, will cover a wide range of issues critical to all employers. Topics will include finding and keeping “A” players; wage and hour issues; an employee law update; and “don’t do this stuff.”
