DENVER, N.C. — Leonard Automatics has moved into a new facility in Denver, N.C., and operations are now fully under way. The new building is on 6.5 acres in a new industrial park located one mile from the company’s previous location.
“We are very pleased to be in our new location,” says Jeff Frushtick, owner and president of Leonard Automatics Inc. “The growth that is a hallmark of Leonard Automatics now has the room to take the company to even greater levels of success.”
The new facility provides expanded manufacturing and R&D space, as well as additional office space for new employees. According to Frushtick, the building will allow the company to continue existing product lines, explore new markets and improve manufacturing processes and infrastructure.
Leonard Automatics was founded in 1969, and the business moved to Denver in 1980. The company is leaving a building it had occupied since 1985, when it began manufacturing its own line of finishing equipment for the garment manufacturing and industrial laundering industries.
“The new factory gives Leonard Automatics the opportunity to better serve our customers, while providing a much improved work environment for our employees,” adds Frushtick. “We are all very excited about our future prospects this new capability brings to the company.”
