SEATTLE — Four Seasons Cleaners has merged with Blue Sky Cleaners, making it Seattle’s only “toxin-free alternative” to traditional drycleaning and the largest such business in the United States, Blue Sky Cleaners says.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Four Seasons brand will change to Blue Sky Cleaners, which purchased the company. Four Seasons Cleaners retail locations, phone numbers, website, and pickup-and-delivery routes will remain unchanged.
Four Seasons Cleaners has also adopted Blue Sky’s liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) and wetcleaning methods.

The combined company offers five retail locations with 38 employees in Seattle. Existing Four Seasons Cleaners customers will see no change in their service, whether they use free pickup and delivery, a neighborhood retail storefront or the Four Seasons Cleaners headquarters plant.
Four Seasons Cleaners customers will also be able to use Blue Sky Cleaners’ headquarters as a pickup and delivery location, as well as two new stores opening at the end of December in Capitol Hill and Laurelhurst.

Four Seasons Cleaners has provided full-service drycleaning since 1968. Headquartered in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood, Blue Sky Cleaners launched its first Seattle facility in September 2008 and has been operating in the area since 2005.
