HAYWARD, Calif. — The nationwide restoration franchise FRSTeam (Fabric Restoration Service Team) has received multiple acknowledgements for its recent growth, including listings in Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 and Top 30 New Franchises, Franchise Times' Fast 55, and Franchise Business Review's 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards.
From 28 locations in April 2009, the franchisor has ramped up its presence significantly to 48 locations today. Some established licensees have built out their territories, expanding their reach and strengthening the brand; others are new to the FRSTeam family, covering areas such as Dallas-Ft. Worth, Phoenix, Wichita, Kan., Rochester, N.Y., and Salt Lake City, Utah.
"We are thrilled to receive brand recognition from Entrepreneur magazine as one of the top 500 franchises for 2010 as well as [being] the No. 30 Top New Franchise for 2010," says FRSTeam CEO Courtney Nicholas. "We are so proud of our growth and the quality of operators we have been able to attract."
FRSTeam's most recent recognition, Franchise Business Review's 2010 Franchisee Satisfaction Award, recognized more than growth, the company notes. Thousands of franchisees in every industry are surveyed every year to measure satisfaction levels related to their ownership experience. Survey questions address training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationships, financial opportunity, overall satisfaction and more.
"We have a community of top operators working together under the FRSTeam brand, and we celebrate and share this award with them," Nicholas says. "The process revealed key areas to focus our energy for continued improvement and enhancing the value proposition of FRSTeam. We thank our franchisees as they inspire, challenge and motivate us to keep reaching new heights."
