Drycleaners who register on the site can add their business location(s) and list the services they offer, such as wash-and-fold, drycleaning, stain removal, odor removal, button replacement, alterations and tailoring.
Clients looking for services such as laundry pickup can visit the website and search for a provider in their area by entering a zip code and scheduling an appointment online. The vendor immediately gets an alert via e-mail, text message or an automated voice message via telephone, and can respond in real time confirming the message via voice or text by pressing “one to confirm” or “two to cancel,” or by texting “yes” or “no” to confirm or cancel the appointment.
