LAS VEGAS — Clean 2011 is offering more than 35 hours of classroom sessions presented by four Clean Show sponsors and six related associations from the United States, Canada and Europe. Clean 2011 is scheduled for June 6-9, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Among the topics to be covered in the sessions are environmental issues, water conservation, business management, marketing, new technology, industry standards and regulatory issues.
“Clean 2011’s theme is ‘The Show that Works ... for You,’” says Jim Thacker, Clean Executive Committee chairman and executive director of Association for Linen Management (ALM). “The education you can gain at the Clean Show can work to keep you abreast of new industry developments that can set you apart from your competitors and improve your business.”
All sessions at the Clean Show are included in the show’s registration fee ($99 before May 13 or $149 on site), and are open to all attendees. Many of these sessions would command substantial fees if presented at any other place, says Riddle & Associates, the show’s management company.
Each participating association presents sessions relative to its segment of the textile-care industry; however, many sessions are of general interest. The entire schedule with session descriptions is expected to be posted on the show’s website, www.cleanshow.com, by late January.
Show sponsors presenting sessions are Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI), Association for Linen Management (ALM), Coin Laundry Association (CLA) and Textile Rental Services Association of America (TRSA).
