RIPON, Wis. — Alliance Laundry Systems announced that effective Feb. 1, Thomas F. L’Esperance will become vice chairman of the Board of Directors of parent company ALH Holding Inc., and Michael D. Schoeb will be promoted to chief executive officer of Alliance. The company’s executive staff will now report to Schoeb in his combined role as president and CEO.
L’Esperance joined Alliance in 1996 after serving as president of Amana Home Appliances and Caloric Corp., and as a senior executive of Raytheon Co. He will continue to serve as a director and will maintain his office.
Schoeb became president and chief operating officer of Alliance in 2007. Prior to joining Alliance, he served as president and COO of Wausau Homes in Wausau, Wis.

“Alliance will continue to pursue the strategic priorities established during the past three years,” Schoeb adds. “We will strengthen our leadership position in North America by accelerating Customer One and product development, drive rapid growth internationally, and continue our operational excellence initiatives in manufacturing and in customer delivery.”
