Urban Valet Dry Cleaners is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead our busy plant operations in Hamburg, NY. This full-time, weekday position (Mon–Fri) offers a great opportunity to join a respected name in garment care and restoration.
About the Role:
You’ll oversee daily production — from garment intake through cleaning, pressing, inspection, and assembly — ensuring smooth operations, high quality, and a safe, team-oriented work environment. The right candidate will motivate staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and uphold our long-standing reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of supervisory or production management experience (dry cleaning or laundry preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of garment care processes and quality standards
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
