The Southwest Drycleaners Association (SDA) will host a Leadership Exchange meeting on October 17 and 18 in Phoenix. The event, designed for learning and networking, the SDA says, will offer an interactive roundtable discussion on industry topics such as routes, customer acquisition strategies, social media and other challenges. There will also be a behind-the-scenes tour of two local operations — Tide Cleaners and Z Cleaners.
