SDA & CCA Meeting — "Striving for a Great Customer Service Experience"

The Southwest Drycleaners Association (SDA) and the California Cleaners Association (CCA) will be holding a meeting with the topic of “Striving for a Great Customer Service Experience” on Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, in Reno, Nevada. 

The event will include a tour of Cleaner's Supply on Friday, where owner Jeff Schapiro will talk about how his company focuses on the customer service experience from the moment an order is placed until the time it has shipped, and how the company monitors its operations. CCA and SDA meetings will take place on Saturday.
