SDA & CCA Meeting — "Striving for a Great Customer Service Experience"

The Southwest Drycleaners Association (SDA) and the California Cleaners Association (CCA) will be holding a meeting with the topic of “Striving for a Great Customer Service Experience” on Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, in Reno, Nevada. 

Speakers will include:

• Jeff Schapiro, CEO of Cleaner's Supply, will speak on “Striving for a Great Customer Experience.” Schapiro will discuss his company’s commitment to customer service, from the moment an order is placed to the time it ships, and how they implement and monitor this in their operations.
• Ricardo Torres, president of Tiffany's Couture Cleaners in Las Vegas, will discuss “The Playbook to Hiring and Empowering Managers.”  This session covers how to hire and find the right manager, empower and retain strong leaders and prepare your business to confidently transition into a manager-led operation.

The event will include a tour of Cleaner's Supply on Friday. CCA and SDA meetings will take place on Saturday.
