Jen Whitmarsh of The Route Pros and Snappy Drycleaning will present a workshop meant to equip team members with trust-building customer service skills. “From warm greetings to graceful complaint handling, this session will highlight simple but powerful ways to turn everyday moments into lasting customer loyalty,” DLI says in its announcement. “This workshop will help newcomers and experienced customer service representatives bring their best to every customer, every time.”
