DLI Virtual Course - Customer Service Superstars

The Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) will present a two-day virtual course, “Customer Service Superstars,” on July 29 and 31, from 1 to 3 p.m. EST via Zoom.

Hosted by Jen Whitmarsh of The Route Pros and Snappy Drycleaning, the course covers:
