NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Zengeler Cleaners recently revealed plans to relocate the company’s Northfield, Illinois location. The new location, located in the Northfield Village Center, will be focused on providing more convenience to the company’s customers.
“Zengeler Cleaners is very excited about the opportunity to join the other businesses located in the Northfield Village Center,” says Tom Zengeler, president of the drycleaning company. “This new location will allow us to provide a number of exciting new service amenities consistent with our commitment to providing legendary service for our customers.”
Customers will experience the benefits of one of those new options as soon as they arrive at the Village Center location, Zengeler says: curbside pick-up and drop-off.
“The curbside option in Northfield will be a step-up from traditional drive-through service,” he says. “Our staff will gladly deliver your completed order directly to your car while also picking up anything you need to drop off for cleaning while you’re there. We’re proud to provide this first-of-its-kind option for our customers.”
For customers unable to visit the store during conventional business hours, the Village Center location will also offer 24-hour access. This offering will be available for dropping off items for cleaning and picking up completed orders, providing convenience for customers who commute into and out of the city on a daily basis.
Zengeler says his search for a new location that could accommodate new amenities such as 24-hour access and curbside service began about a year ago at this time. “Our company is extremely fortunate to have identified a new location and then to complete the deal in such quick fashion,” he says. “We really appreciate the cooperation we received from Northfield Village Center ownership and from the Architectural Commission of the Village of Northfield. As a result of everyone’s support and collaboration, we can now provide our customers with these exciting enhancements.”
The new store will replace the cleaner’s current location at Willow Road in the Village of Northfield. The cleaner also has locations in Northbrook, Winnetka, Deerfield, Hubbard Woods, Long Grove and two stores in Libertyville, Illinois.
