LAS VEGAS — WesVic Systems has signed a deal with Sumisho Inax Corp., the largest distributor to drycleaners and industrial laundries in Japan, to distribute WesVic’s PieceCounter production monitoring system to the Japanese market. Inax has more than 4,800 customers, WesVic says.
“Inax is the largest and most respected distributor in Japan,” says Chad Boucher, president of WesVic Systems. “We are very excited to be working with Inax to introduce the PieceCounter system to such a large and important market. We look forward to a very successful partnership with Inax.”
After seeing the PieceCounter in use at Homma Dry Cleaners, a drycleaner in Tokyo, Inax invited WesVic Systems to display the PieceCounter in its booth at the International Laundry & Dry Cleaning Show 2010 last December in Tokyo to test customer interest.
Receiving positive response from show attendees, WesVic Systems and Inax have been working to finish the PieceCounter for the Japanese market by monitoring use by a customer with excellent knowledge and experience in drycleaning systems.
WesVic Systems is exhibiting the PieceCounter at the Clean Show, booth 3520.
