GIG HARBOR, Wash. — Diana Vollmer, managing director and principal of Methods for Management (MfM), has acquired all outstanding shares of the company.
Vollmer and Ann Campy had acquired ownership in the management consulting business in 2007. Campy retired earlier this year after 13 years with the company, and Marta Shaffer has assumed Campy’s role as client services coordinator.
MFM has served the drycleaning industry for more than 55 years through independent consulting relationships and Management Bureau facilitation. MfM Management Bureaus provide a safe, non-competitive environment where members can share information, issues and concerns with peers, the company says.
