TCATA Announces Dates, Venue for Management Conference

Event will also celebrate the organization’s 100th anniversary

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. — The Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) has announced that its 2022 Educational & Management Conference will be held at the Wild Dunes Resort at the Isle of Palms in South Carolina on April 3-6.

The event will also mark the organization’s 100-year anniversary. Because of the pandemic, the celebration was delayed from 2020, TCATA’s actual centennial year.

In response to member feedback, TCATA has modified the conference schedule to a new Sunday - Wednesday pattern, shortening the conference by one day.

The keynote speaker for the event will be John R. DiJulius, III. DiJulius, considered an authority on world-class customer service, is the president of The DiJulius Group — a customer service consulting firm that works with companies like Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, The Ritz-Carlton, Nestle, PwC, Lexus and others. He is also the founder and owner of John Robert’s Spa, named one of the top 20 salons in America.

DiJulius is the author of several books relating to the customer service industry, as well, including The Customer Service Revolution: Overthrow Conventional Business, Inspire Employees, and Change the World; The Relationship Economy: Building Stronger Customer Connections in the Digital Age; and What’s the Secret?: To Providing a World-Class Customer Experience.

TCATA says that more details about the conference will be available on its website as the event nears.
