Among other topics presented at the conference was, No Bad Days, a talk given by Bruce Hamilton, who believes, MfM says, “That if you allow yourself to have a bad day, you lose! Bruce shared his philosophy in a fast-paced, humorous style.”
About the Success Conference, MfM relates that, “Drycleaners worldwide competed for fabulous prizes in the awards ceremony, moderated by Kermit Engh, managing partner at MfM.”
Some of the reported winners include: View Cleaners, for store of the year; and Crouse’s Cleaners, a double winner for website of the year and for social media, MfM reports.
On the final day of the conference, MfM members and speakers participated in roundtable discussions, one of which was conducted by Kermit Engh, who demonstrated the newly-redesigned MfM members’ website and members’ financial-input tool, it notes.
“MfM wishes to thank the speakers, the generous industry sponsors who participated, and all the attendees for the active leadership roles they played throughout the conference, all to make MfM’s Success Conference a true success,” the firm says.
