DRAPER, Utah — SPOT Business Systems has opened a new customer-service support center in Draper, Utah. This 2,000-square-foot facility effectively doubles the total future capacity for technical-support service personnel, the company says.
The new facility features many new tools to help manage technical support call flow, such as an IP-based phone system, call management and call reporting. A support coordinator constantly monitors call volume and flow, helping ensure that all calls are answered as quickly as possible. Each support cubicle is outfitted with the latest in phone and Internet-based technology to make the support process as smooth and efficient as possible for SPOT customers, the company says. Hosted SPOT users benefit from the integration of all hosting environment resources into the support center.
“This major enhancement to our infrastructure ensures continued commitment to our valuable SPOT customers,” says Ron Preece, vice president of operations. “Many new technology enhancements recently added are having a positive impact on our operational efficiency. We couldn’t be happier with this new facility and its contribution to our continued efforts to provide outstanding service.”
Preece also says that the new environment adds an enhanced level of comfort for SPOT’s technical-support personnel, which he considers critical to friendly service.
