NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Solvair LLC has made a new consumer marketing program available to all Solvair owners. The program helps operators communicate the benefits of the new cleaning system to their customers.
The program provides tools to allow drycleaners to communicate an easy-to-understand consumer message consistent with the message of the Solvair consumer website, www.greenclothingcare.com, as well as Solvair’s communications to the media.
The kit includes printed materials such as posters, brochures, electronic presentations, counter-area educational booklets and other materials to reach out to customers.
In addition, Solvair’s marketing team offers owners unique press opportunities in trade, local and national consumer media, as well as assistance in leveraging the social media as part of the program, the company says.
Training for customer-service representatives is also integral to the program. Solvair’s basic customer service training program helps prepare customer-service associates to talk effectively about the key benefits of the Solvair cleaning process.
