AUSTIN, Texas — As society moves out of pandemic-prompted lockdowns, in-person meetings are starting to show up on schedules again, and this includes the Southwest Drycleaners Association (SDA). The SDA will hold its Board and Membership meeting July 9-10, 2021, in Austin, Texas.

In addition to SDA business, attendees will also be able to attend a seminar presented by John Rothrock, CGCP, titled, “Generation Now . . . Can Dry Cleaning Deliver?” Rothrock, the president of Yale Cleaners in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be speaking about customer expectations, why same-day service with delivery matters, steps to implement, customer marketing education and more.

The meeting will be held at the Lone Star Court of The Domain, located in North Austin. The Domain is Austin’s premier destination for dining, shopping, recreation and family fun.

Registration is free for SDA members, and is $100 for non-members. For more information, visit the SDA’s website.
