PROS Parts Buys Out Imparts

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — PROS Parts announced it has acquired Charlotte, N.C.-based Imparts in a move to consolidate the two companies, both of which were launched by Barry Victor in the 1980s.
"This acquisition will improve our ability to service the needs of owners and service companies for a wide variety of drycleaning and laundry machinery," says Barry Victor, president and owner of PROS Parts.  "We have acquired considerable inventory and documentation, which will help us support Marvel, Vic, Böwe and many other brands used in the industry.”
PROS supplies aftermarket parts to the laundry and drycleaning industries, and has expertise in virtually every brand of machinery used throughout the world. Supplying parts for the smallest drycleaning machines to the largest industrial tunnel washers, PROS continually strives to improve parts availability and technical expertise.
Imparts' substantial inventory was relocated from its warehouse in Charlotte to PROS' warehouse in Blaine, Minn., in February, and is now available to new and existing customers of both companies. Visit www.prosparts.com for more information.
