Online Tools Aid in Clean 2011 Scheduling

ATLANTA — For those who will be attending the Clean Show in Las Vegas this summer, planning ahead to maximize use of their time is easy, thanks to tools on the event’s website,, says show manager Riddle & Associates.
The tools can be found in the “Attendees” section by clicking on “My Briefcase.” After the attendee creates a login password, subcategories help plan which educational sessions (“My Itinerary”) and exhibit booths they want to visit (“My Expo Plan”).
Much like e-commerce sites, the selected items are added to a virtual cart. When completed, the selections go into "My Briefcase."
Attendees will have even more access to show information while at the Las Vegas Convention Center via smartphone and a new system designed specifically for trade shows.
ChirpE™ is a free, user-friendly tool designed by event marketing and software company a2z that allows attendees to save exhibitor and educational session selections, and access the floorplan in real time, Riddle & Associates says. More information will be available closer to the June 6-9 show.
