ALLISON PARK, Pa. — It’s a new year, but leaders will still have to face some old, familiar challenges as 2021 begins. To help, America’s Best Cleaners (ABC) will continue its monthly Leadership Forum on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021, at 4 p.m. EST.
The forum, held via Zoom, bring together business owners and leaders from the cleaning industry to discuss how they’ve overcome obstacles and navigated the challenging business climate created by the coronavirus and its economic effects. The fifth of six scheduled webinar forums, the event is free of charge.
The forum's organizers have designed the discussion to include leaders from various areas of the cleaning industry in hopes that the ideas shared during the webinar will assist the greatest number of attendees.
The panel of experts this month will include Leslie Schaeffer, CEO of the Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA); Kermit Engh, the owner of Fashion Cleaners and the managing director of Methods for Management; Dave Coyle, team leader and owner of In The Bag Cleaners and Maverick Drycleaners; Dianne Lee, chief operating officer of JSK Companies; and Kurt Wickiser, executive vice president of Seitz, The Fresher Company, Inc.
The final Leadership Forum will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021.
