The Move to Beverly — Hills, that is

Lapels opens another new store in Michigan

HANOVER, Mass. — “Beverly Hills has never seen an opening like this one!” Says Jay Desai, owner of Lapels Dry Cleaning in Beverly Hills, Mich.

The company notes it opened a full-service, environmentally friendly dry cleaning store at 31255-B Southfield Road earlier this summer.

“We’re extremely excited to bring a sustainable, non-toxic way of dry cleaning clothes to yet another community in the greater Detroit metropolitan area,” says Tiffani Probst, regional manager of the new store and its two other Michigan locations in West Bloomfield and Rochester Hills.

The firm offers it’s customers automatic rewards, it writes, earning them credit towards free dry cleaning for every dollar they spend.

It also points out there are loyalty programs, a “VIP program” which eliminates the need to wait in line, the use of a 24-hour drop off service and more.

Hours of operation for the new store are: Mon. through Fri., 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sat. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sun., 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

“Thank you to everybody who showed up at the opening,” Desai says. “We can’t wait to show customers what our environmentally-friendly cleaning process can do for your clothing and other items.”
