OMAHA, Neb. — International consulting group Methods for Management (MFM) reports that Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners of Baltimore, Md., hosted a, “Three-day meeting of prestigious dry cleaners from the eastern part the United States and the Bahamas to promote continual improvements in the industry and discuss the achievements and challenges of each company.”
During this meeting, MfM notes, its members examined extensive financial and key performance analysis within their businesses, including group average performances and benchmarks.
“Best practices were shared,” MfM says, “including the latest marketing and advertising efforts of each company. Each member contributed a presentation of their 2019 corporate and personal goals and their road maps for achievement.”
The consulting group further relates that the members conducted a thorough plant critique for Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners, with both praise and suggestions for improvement and innovation to continue to provide the highest quality service for their clients. The group also enjoyed camaraderie and laughter over wonderful food and wine in Baltimore, it adds.
