GIG HARBOR, Wash. — Methods for Management (MFM) Inc. is celebrating its 55th year in business this year. Founded in 1954 by Max Rechnitz and joined by his daughter, Deborah, in 1980, the firm has grown into a leading management consultancy that assists business owners in achieving their personal and professional goals.
While Max is now retired and Deborah works exclusively with Australian clients, the firm continues to help American drycleaning operators achieve their goals under managing director Diana Vollmer. MFM offers one-on-one consulting relationships and coordinates management bureaus for drycleaners.
MFM says it will introduce several new services this year, including benchmark reviews, “MFM Direct” offsite support, strategic planning, family and succession planning, on-site management training, and more.
