Lapels Opens Store in Mississippi

Jeff and Ashley’s ‘Olive Branch’

HANOVER, Mass. — Lapels Dry Cleaning, which describes itself as “An innovative, environmentally-friendly drycleaning company," has opened a full-service, drycleaning satellite store at 5025 Church Rd., Suite 105, in Olive Branch, Miss., it notes.

Olive Branch is a town of about 30,000 residents located south of Memphis just over the Tennessee state line in Mississippi.

The new location, the cleaners reports, is owned and operated by Jeff Mitchell and John Mitchell, who also own and operate two other stores: Lapels of New Albany, 501 West Bankhead Street in New Albany, Miss., and Lapels of Pontotoc, 349 Hwy 15, now located inside Montgomery Drug in Pontotoc, Miss.

“Our sustainable, non-toxic way of drycleaning clothes has been very popular with customers and businesses in New Albany and Pontotoc,” says Jeff Mitchell. “We anticipate a similar reaction from customers and businesses in the Olive Branch area and beyond.”

Lapels points out it has, “Pioneered an eco-friendly drycleaning experience over the past two decades. Part of that effort includes a partnership agreement with GreenEarth®, the drycleaning industry’s only non-toxic cleaning alternative.”

The cleaners states that by using these kinds of solutions and the latest technology in equipment, it is, “One of the few dry cleaners able to boast that there is no hazardous waste in their process.”

This company relates that it, “Sets itself apart with its customer service," and adds that: “Customers are greeted to a warm and inviting reception area, with friendly customer service representatives.”
