RIPON, Wis. — IPSO recently honored two of its leading distributors, D&M Equipment and Laundry Equipment Services (LES), with its Award of Excellence. The awards were presented based on sales growth, commitment to the IPSO brand, customer service and after-sale support, the equipment manufacturer says.
“Both of these distributors demonstrated outstanding performance in 2009,” says Dave Phillips, IPSO’s North American sales manager. “IPSO is fortunate to work with distributors of this caliber, and pleased to have the opportunity to acknowledge their contribution to the industry. They are complete distributors, demonstrating a track record of continuous growth, building a loyal customer base and supporting their customers as a trusted resource and business partner after the sale.”
Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., LES provides commercial and industrial laundry equipment to Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. The company has been an IPSO distributor for eight years.
“Through long hours, hard work and identifying the right equipment solutions for their customers, Steve Clark and his team have turned Laundry Equipment Services into the fastest growing IPSO distributor in North America,” Phillips says.
“Our success comes from establishing trusted relationships with our customers through providing quality equipment and service,” says Steve Clark, president of Laundry Equipment Services. “We recommend IPSO to our customers for its easy-to-use operations and longevity.”
D&M Equipment is a distributor for on-premise laundries, drycleaners and Laundromats in the New Mexico, western Texas, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Colorado markets. The company added IPSO to its product portfolio in 2005.
“Founders Dennis Williams and Monte Yancey are a great team,” Phillips says. “They have established a strong reputation and continue to grow the IPSO brand in their market.”
“We attribute D&M’s success to our team’s combined 65 years of experience in the laundry equipment industry,” says Williams, president of D&M Equipment. “Our customers are attracted to IPSO’s durability, reliability and flexible programming options.”
