Speakers set for NCA/DLI event on St. Maarten Jan. 17-20, 2019

ST. MAARTEN, Caribbean — Speakers are set for Brainstorming & The Five Stars conference to be held January 17-20, 2019, here at Sonesta Ocean Point Resort, co-hosted by the National Cleaners Association (NCA) and the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI), both organizations report.

Persuasive Communication is the Only Superpower You Need will be presented by speaker Jeff Tippett. Described as a motivational teacher by the NCA, he will, “present with dual purpose: to uplift and encourage while also providing actionable content that creates change.”

Tippett, NCA writes, “advocates that we live or die based on our ability to persuade. So, persuasive communication is the only superpower anyone will ever need.”

John DiJulius will speak on, How to Attract and Retain Millennial Employees and Clients. His presentation on millennials, NCA notes, will be, “High energy. Great content. Practical take-aways.”

DiJulius, NCA relates, “will be sharing his insights and answers to the key questions you have about attracting and retaining millennial employees and clients. This generation is your future, and you need their support in the workplace, at the counter, and online.”

The Secret of Chick-fil-A’s Success: From Attracting & Training the Best Minimum Wage Employees to Attracting and Optimizing Media, will be presented by Arthur Greeno, long-time Chick-fil-A employee turned owner and author of two best-selling books, Dysfunctional Inspirationand Breaking Conformity.

DLI notes: “You’ll walk away from a morning with Arthur armed with practical, actionable and achievable skills that will help you grow your business.”
