THE CRESCENT CITY — Clean 2019 is coming to the town that hugs the Mississippi River in a crescent shape, thus its nickname, on June 20-23. Ready to have some fun?

The Clean Show’s full name is the World Educational Congress for Laundering and Drycleaning.
The Clean Show’s new proprietor is Germany-based Messe Frankfurt, Inc., which bought the show earlier this year. The show management firm is Riddle & Associates.
The Clean Show has five sponsors: Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI); Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA); Association for Linen Management (ALM); Coin Laundry Association (CLA); and, Textile Rental Services Association of America (TRSA).
Clean ’19 will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
About exhibit sales, Riddle & Associates notes: “Clean ’19 space sales are on track to surpass the 481 exhibiting companies seen at Clean 2017.”
About attendance, Riddle & Associates says: “As of March 10, 2019, registration numbers for Clean 2019 were 6% higher than that for the same number of days out from Clean 2017.”
There will be 30 hours of educational sessions at Clean ’19 across all four days of the show, Riddle & Associates points out.
Show organizers anticipate more than 210,000 net sq. ft. of booth/stand space.
Approximately 60% of Clean ’19 peak-night rooms have been reserved as of March 12, 2019, Riddle & Associates relates. Housing information is posted on the Clean Show website.
Host city New Orleans, Riddle & Associates adds, “is bursting with so much entertainment.” Riddle notes things to see and do include: the National WWII Museum; Art of the City exhibit at the Historic New Orleans Collection, the Hellis Foundation; the French Quarter’s charming streets; all the jazz music, and much more.
First started in 1977, and now in its 42nd year, the Clean Show, Riddle & Associates notes, “is the premier event for textile care.”
