He left a legacy...

Not only did Jim leave behind three sons who actively support the industry, but he began a legacy with the Fitzgerald Drycleaner Scholarship started by his good friends Gordie, Jerry and Wayne Butz. Sitting at the family cookout they were brainstorming what to get their friend Jim for a retirement present. That was the birth of the Fitzgerald Scholarship. He was so proud watching the scholarship program grow into a significant part of Wisconsin Fabficare Institute's offering to continually educate the group of people he loved so much during his career.
