RICHMOND, Va. — Puritan Cleaners has opened at 3467 W. Cary St. here in Richmond’s Carytown neighborhood, in the former Bill’s Cleaners and Paz Cleaners location at the corner of W. Cary and Nansemond streets.
Ramon Paz, who bought Bill’s Cleaners several years ago, says finding a successor who would look after his customers was his main concern in selling.
“My greatest priority has always been taking care of my customers,” Paz says. “I went to Norman Way and his team at Puritan Cleaners because I know they shared my commitment to quality, exceptional service, and caring for every customer.”
“We’re honored that Ramon has entrusted us with the relationships he’s built over the years,” says Way, Puritan’s vice president. “We’re proud to continue the tradition of locally owned garment care at this longtime neighborhood business. Our goal is to build on the outstanding service customers have come to expect while making garment care even more convenient.”
Service at the location will not be interrupted. Puritan’s full garment and rug care services are now available there, and the company plans to add other conveniences in the coming months.
